This is my second 8 week challenge I have done. My first one I got in great shape and was really proud of myself but over the weeks before and Christmas I put on a bit of weight. So I started my new challenge. When I started my challenge a had a bad back and a injured foot so I couldn't performed to the best of my ability. I was going to gym 3 times a week for the first 4 weeks until my back and foot healed. Once I was better I started working out 5 days a week. I started beating my personal best in a lot of exercise and was extremely happy with my results :)
To start my day I would have my MRP shake, supper greens, probiotics and fiber.
I love my shake in the morning cause I have to get up early and I don't have a lot of time so it's perfected.
For lunch I have a prep cooked meal with my digest pill and MRP and berry blast to help me get through the rest of my day. Iam a beef boner so I need to have lots of energy.
For dinner I have a small meal with my shake digest pill and vitamins.
And finally before bed I have ultra repair and probiotics to help me sleep.
I started my challenge at 93kg and over weight and now after my challenge I am 95kg and toned up plus my back is better and my foot has healed.
