I started the challenge with my post holiday weight of 55.8kg and am finishing with 53.8kg. I can feel my body changing as I continue to follow the regimen and exercise.
I would take the YOR MRP every morning to start my day. I loved trying different recipes while still getting a healthy nutritious breakfast.
Later on as a snack I would take the supergreens with a berry blast for a boost of energy and light snack. This is probably my favorite product as I often had it a second time pre workout later on.
Before every heavy meal, I would take my yor digest ultra pill and essential vitamin to help my body digest the food and take in the necessary nutrients.
Finally before bed, I would take the yor repair to make sure I recovered as fast as possible from the days workout. A big change I saw with this product was a knee pain I used to have has not bothered me for a while now. This is an incredible improvement in my daily life!
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results of my challenge and look forward to seeing how far I can take my body! I want to thank YOR Health for motivating me and pushing me to get in the best shape possible!
