My Journey to end Obesity.
Its been 14 years since I stood on a scale. I was 36 and fitting in to size 8 -10. Over the years I became obese, ate unhealthy & lack of exercise which now I suffer Diabetes 2, Toxemia, High Cholesterol,
Hypothyroidism - Hypothyroidism is the underproduction of the thyroid hormones T3 and T4, Hypothyroid disorders may occur as a result of abnormal weight gain, tiredness which I suffer and in my right groin I suffer massive pain due to being fat and heavy. I got introduced to yor health 4 months ago by my son. On the 29 January 2015 I joined the 8 week challenge where I weighed in at 106kg. I started taking the products which is supergreens same day as my Challenge where I lost 6kg without exercise in the first 2 weeks woohoo! On the 2 of February I joined the Gym...in 6 weeks that includes the 2 weeks before, I lost 13kg all up. I took the Supergreens 3 times a day, Morning, smoko and when I went to the gym during the week. I went to the gym 6 days a week ... Its tough when you haven't exercise in such a longtime and being unfit on top of that. I still have a long way to go to finalize my goal. What impact has the challenge had on my life...I stood on the scales for the first time in 14 years and seeing the arrow go down was amazing for me.
