mi peso antes de iniciar el reto de 8 semanas era de 86 kilos y al termino del reto peso 78 kilos baje 8 kilos en total increíble los productos que tome fueron yor mrp super greens , probiotics ,or rpair yor digest ultra , yor berry blast y yor fiber plus.
los tome todos los dias por la mañana me tomaba mi malteada y mis prbitics luego comía y después super grenns eso a medio dia por la tarde comía y me tomaba una píldora de digest ultra y cada dos o tres dias me tomaba un berry blast por la tarde para terminar mi dia mi rutina de ejercicio era caminar una hora al dia en la mañana y dos dias a la semana crossfit una hora los productos son buenísimos me sentí muy bien desde la primera semana y note mejoría en mi digestión ya no sentía cansado después de comer, mi condición física mejoro , mi salud en general a sido una experiencia muy buena y estoy disidido a terminar otro reto pero a hora quiero definir y sacar cuadritos en el abdomen, recomiendo totalmente el reto y los productos son mas de lo que esperaba.
