Hola empece este reto para recuperar mi figura despues de las epocas decembrinas.

Me tomaba los productos en la mañana en ayunas mis 2 pastillas de Yor Super Slim seguido de mi YOR MRP combinado con Yor Super Greens.

En la comida: trataba de tomarme 30 min. antes de mi comida mis 2 pastillas Yor Super Slim (aveces no me alcanzaba el tiempo y me las tomaba justo antes). Con los primeros bocados ingeria Yor Digest Ultra.

Para la cena me tomaba YOR MRP.

En este ciclo me fue muy dificil seguir con todos los productos al pie de la letra y tomarme mis colaciones en algunas ocasiones si lo hice pero no diario.

Todo esto lo combine con ejercicios de Crossfit diarios, trate de no faltar ningun dia y creo que esto me ayudo tambien mucho a mis cambios fisicos.
No baje mucho de peso solo 3 LBS y me parece que por lo mismo que en Crossfit cargamos mucho peso.

Estoy muy contenta con los cambios que tuve. El Reto Yor Health ha tenido un impacto impresionante en mi vida y en mi salud. Estoy extremadamente feliz!!!
