The 8 week challenge is great. Has me feeling a lot better then what i used to feel. Always active, motivated and ready for the day :). It also helped a lot with my breakdancing! That is a huge plus for me.
The products i used were, the YOR berry blast, YOR super greens, YOR shake, YOR vitamins, YOR digest ultra, YOR repair ultra, YOR probiotics and YOR Fiber plus.
For ze mornings. (First thing) id take a YOR repair pill and a YOR probiotic. Then after breakfast hit up the YOR berry blast, YOR super greens and a touch of YOR fiber plus. That little combo was basically the kick start to my mornings.
Lunch. Have a normal meal as well as the YOR digest ultra with the meal then after the meal add in the YOR vitamins (2 capsuals).then about 10 minutes after have a YOR shake.
Dinner was was normal. Added the YOR digest ultra with my dinner, as well as the YOR super greens.
For training. I probably trained about 3 hours a day. In-between breakfast and lunch. I'd do an hour of breakdancing. Some days would change it up and do some calisthenic exercises. And then at about 7-8pm id hit the gym with a 5-10 min cardio session then focused on free weights. Rest every second day (would try to rest) never missed a day. Never missed taking these products.
Id recommend these products for sure. Im not to sure how i would have gone if i didn't have these products. Also the 8 week challenge has inspired myself to stay on the health pathway. Not just seeing the change but feeling the change is the best thing to achieve in this 8 week challenge.
