before starting the YOR Health 8 week Challenge i felt sluggish, uncomfortable and not confident with my body but thanks to the entire range of YOR Health products i was able to loose the weight i wanted and in return obtained the energy levels i needed to carry out a busy, full day, eachday.
Starting the morning with a mix of Super greens and berry blast was a instant wake up and motivation for the day, feeling nourished and steady energy levels were a sign of taking the right products and a step in the right direction for good health
Yor shake meal replacements are AMAZING. i have never felt so full with no bloating, the delicious taste also takes away any bad cravings i would have wanted in the past.
With two children it does make it hard to find time to work out often so thankfully the YOR products have helped my body with minimal gym time even thou i have had so much motivation to get active since starting the Challenge.
