Hello everyone. My name is Tong Vang. I started off the challenge weighting 150 lbs and my final weight is 154 lbs. The amazing Yor Health products that I use are the MRP, Super Green,Repair, Digestive Ultra, Berry Blast, and the Muscle Energy.

The first thing I take when waking up is 2 scoops of MRP and a single scoop of Super Green. Then in an hour or an hour and a half later I'll take 2 scoops of Muscle energy and hit the gym for an hour or an hour and a half. Day 1- chest and triceps, abs crunches, 15 min treadmill at 6.5 or 7.0. Day 2- back and biceps, 15 min treadmill. Day 3- shoulders and legs, legs lift or abs roller, 10 min stair steppers at 80 steps per sec. Day 4- rest. Day 5- restart cycle and so on. Once I'm back from the gym I'll eat a meal and 2 scoops of MRP and 1 digestive ultra. I'll take a berry blast around 5 or 6 after an hour eat a light dinner and another 2 scoops of MRP and a scoop of super green to end the day.

I feel great taking these products and I completely change my life. I'm not gonna lie. I've always been working out on and off throughout these past years. Taking supplements is nothing new to me. I've taken Whey, Amp, Musclemilk, ect. Taken pre workout like C4 and No-explode. They work but they never gave me this kind of results in just 8 weeks. In just two weeks of taking Yor health product I felt refreshed and I had more everyday energy. I was able to shred some body fat and replaced it with rock hard muscles. I also love taking the super green. I am a very picky eater. If there is a salad and a steak on the table and someone told me to choose I would choose the steak no questions ask. The super green gives me the nutrients that I've been lacking. I believe that Yor Health products are the products for me and in 8 short weeks I was able to achieve this much results. I'm excited to continue using the products and see what more my body can achieve.
