Hola! Mi nombre es Gabriel.
Al comenzar este ciclo inicio con muchas ganas. Las primeras cuatro semanas me tomaba mi malteada antes de iniciar el gym por las mañanas. Y hacia 40 minutos en el dia, tres veces por semana. Empecé a notar cambios muy padres. Sentí que empecé a subir unos gramos y a tonificar.
