I consumed 2 sculpt packs, super slim and complete burn. I took products daily, MRP 2 or sometimes 3 a day took my supps loved the berry blast ( so much energy) and the super greens every now and then. I exercised at least 5 days a week and still continue to do so because.Through this challenge I have been inspired and have my sights on competing in the men's novice physique model competition N.Z in September 2015.
