So here feeling amazing! :)
When I first started the challenge I was bit sceptical, thinking… I've been on a clean eating diet for a long time, getting all the vitamins my body needs I need no supplements :D right? So when I joined the 8week challenge I decided to change nothing. I kept eating the same way and did the same amount of exercise as before. Only thing I changed was that I added YOR Health supplements to my diet.
Every morning I was waking up to Super Greens, Berry Blast and Fibre cocktail which gave me soooo much energy that I couldn't believe it. 8weeks later I'm off coffee !!!! I would never believe that was going to happen. I took 1 capsule of probiotics and repair before bed and Digestive Enzymes with my biggest cooked meal. Sometimes one, sometimes twice a day. Just last 2 weeks of the challenge I started taking vitamins 2 times a day.
And here are my results, I lost 3,5kgs without any extra effort !!! I haven't met my goal of loosing 4 kilos but even this results made me happy. Such a great motivation for me fro keep going! What can I achieve when I actually DO make an extra effort?? I can't wait to see it.
The 8 week challenge is the best think I could have done. My body recovers much faster after workouts, no more energy swings. (I didn't even realise I was having them). But now when I feel how I should feel, I never want to go back to old me.
