My starting weight was 152lbs and I'm finishing at 147lbs.
The products I used to get to my goal is pretty much the entire YOR Health product line except Super Slim, Berry Blast, and Muscle Energy.
My regimen for taking the products is very simple. I take Complete Burn twice a day. Usually in the morning and a hour before I workout. I take the Shake and Supergreens blended together once a day after my workout. I take the Digest Ultra every time I eat a meal. During lunch I would take 3 Vitamins and another 3 during dinner. Before bed I take a capsule of Repair and Probiotics.
When it comes to exercising I'm usually working out at night around 7pm during weekdays. I normally warm up for 5 minutes on a cycling machine. After warming up I would go straight to lifting weights. Each day is a different body part. Monday I do legs, Tuesday is chest, Wednesday is shoulders, Thursday is arms, and Friday is leg day.
The challenge has kept me from feeling like crap. I'm conscious about what I eat, I'm consistent with the gym, and I'm getting the nutrients my body needs. I feel great now thanks to the YOR Best Body 8 week challenge!
