Participating in the YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge has been one of the most amazing time of my life. The results I have achieved and the process throughout the whole challenge has been incredible.

What got me into doing the challenge was really my health issues. Since mid last year, I couldn't sleep well, had digestive issues, I was in & out to see my GP and couple of times in hospital, seeing doctors is definitely not my thing. Hence, I set a goal for myself to get my health back and achieve the lifestyle by doing the YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge.

When I started the challenge, I was 66kg and after the 8 weeks challenge, my weight increased to 67kg. I have reduced my body fat and increased muscle mass and definition.

I changed my diet throughout the challenge. I maintained a clean diet, drink plenty of water and eating multiple times a day. I start out my day early with breakfast follow by YOR SuperGreens, YOR Fiber and YOR Shake 1-2 hours later. This ensures I have the basic nutrients I need for the day. Throughout the day, I will have nuts (almonds/walnuts) as my snack if I feel I need something to eat.

I will have YOR Shake and YOR Berry Blast before my daily workout and YOR Shake post workout. If I have another workout in the late afternoon, I will take another YOR Shake and YOR SuperGreens to boost up my nutrients.

For my main two meals (lunch & dinner), I will have YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins with each of the meal to help digest the food and keep my daily essentials up.

Lastly, before I go to bed, I will take YOR Repair Ultra to help with my muscles and YOR Probiotics Ultra to help with my digestive system. With the help of YOR Repair Ultra, I could get back to my workout faster and push harder.

After this 8 week challenge, I can say I have got better, stronger and more confident. (No more visits to the GP). This is definitely the best body I have ever had in my life to date. I have never felt so good, so motivated, and so energetic before. I cannot wait for the next challenge.
