Yes I'm on my third Yor best body 8 week challenge... but I am still continually improving my fitness and health with new goals each challenge!
This time round I decided rather than focusing on slimming down I decided to attempt to bulk a little bit to help build more muscle mass
I continued to use the sculpt pack but increased my calorie intake by including rice, oats, and seeds into my eating plan
I utilised my sculpt pack as follows:
Morning - Probiotics
Breakfast - Berry Blast and Yor Shake
Snack - Super Greens
Lunch - Digestive Enzymes and Yor Slim
Snack - Yor Shake
Dinner - Digestive Enzymes and Yor Slim
Bedtime - Yor Repair
The biggest challenge this round was recognising how much my body is still changing and that I don't fit into the same clothes anymore... haha I almost lost my bikini in the surf after not realising it wasn't as tight as I thought it was oops
I train hard utilising weight sessions (super sets), HIIT, and long distance running in preparation for the Half Marathon in July.
I find that the products used collectively improve my focus, attention to detail, sleep patterns, energy levels, digestive health and bloating.
Without these products I do not believe that I would be able to take leaps and bounds in my job, training at the gym and my half-marathon preparations.
Once again, my job got in the way of my training which impacts my eating intake and stress levels. But with these products they've helped me stay focused, strong, and determined.
This challenge I experimented more with the products and created some delicious yet healthy snacks such as protein balls and protein brownies.
