Before joining this challenge I weighed 140 lbs and drop to 138. In the process I consumed eight products. In the morning I started off with the YOR Super Greens mixed with YOR Berry Blast and YOR Fiber Plus and one repair. Throughout the day with every meal I took one YOR Digest Ultra and one YOR Essential Vitamin. The YOR MRP was taken after a one hour workout mainly cardio (Zumba) and that was only twice a week with a couple YOR Complete Burn prior to exercising, I also took the MRP on days I did not exercise only one serving a day and a couple Complete Burn during the day. The biggest impact the challenge had on my life was mainly to become more conscious of what I eat and how I exercise which are both important to every human being.
