al comienzo del desafio pesaba 42 kg. ahora peso 46 kg. los productos que estoy tomando soy el MRP con leche aparte de un desayuno con fruta y un segundo desayuno con proteinas como huevos o un sandwich, supergreens a media mañana o media tarde junto con alguna fruta como el mango. A la hora del almuerzo tomo digest ultra una capsula. No estuve haciendo mucho ejercicio pues bajo de peso muy rapido asi que era primordial subir primero de peso, pero estoy muy activa todo el dia por trabajar y tener un bebe de 8 meses, aparte de ser ama de casa.
lo mas importante del desafio fue darme cuenta que puedo subir de peso sanamente pues elimine mucha azucar de los postres y lo sustitui por fruta de la temporada y no habia podido lograr subir de peso y dandole mas atencion subi de una manera saludable.
