Hello everyone!! Wow so excited!! My name is Alexander Meale and I joined the challenge 8 weeks ago and I'm super pumped about the results I achieved!! :D
I started the challenge at 95kgs and around 17% body fat. At the completion of the challenge I weighed in at 91kgs and around 11% body fat, awesome right! So happy! :D
How'd I do it? Well here it is!
Step 1:

Step 2:
- drop the s*** and workout a plan (nutrition and fitness programs)
