I have always been someone who loves fitness and setting goals. When I first started taking the products I saw myself recovering from an ankle reconstruction over 3 months quicker then what was expected. This blew my mind out of the water!
So when I said thats it I am doing an 8 week challenge I am going to basically live off these products and train at least 5 days a week and always make conscience efforts when it came to my eating.
I never missed a bit with my products and though out the 8 week challenge I actually went to liquard diet for breakfast which would really consist of a massive super shake. MRP, chi seeds, gogi berries, Natural peanut butter and fruits. I would take my super greens with fibre every day at around 10:30 ( I am actually weird about it and never miss a day :-) ) When lunch time comes around I would have a small meal with my tablets making sure I always had my digestive ones on me. Mid afternoon before my major work outs I would have another MRP with maybe a cup of oats to be added in oh and of course my Berry Blast. For dinner I would have a small meal with my tablets and just before bed my probiotics.
My exercise was everyday - I wake up every morning and either go for a run or long walk, I feel its the best way to start the day and make you feel alive. In the afternoons I would always do high intense weight sessions working on full range of motion but hitting the whole body. I have of a late dove hard into yoga and I really think it has been the winning edge for what my body has needed. I now do yoga at least 3 times a week.
I have been taking the products for a while now but never really committed to completing the challenge. But not this time I wanted to see changes. I have never been this lean but still gain muscle before, I feel amazing 24/7. I could basically stay up all night and not feel tired the next day. My all round well being is the best its ever been before and I thank it all to these amazing products.
During my challenge I decided to go vegetarian, I thought it was going to have a massive effect onto my challenge but it actually didn't at all. I found myself feeling the same. If it wasn't for Yor Health and how it has help me realise that food of todays world isn't what it once was, more then likely I would still be tired in the afternoons and just not feeling all round good 24/7.
