I had so much fun during this eight week challenge, I'm always up for new accomplishments in my life no matter the size and to find people I can share my new goals with makes it even better. I had joined the challenge with the determination to gain some weight. Ever since I could remember I was always a skinny girl... It was Veary hard for me to keep on my weight... I have always been veary athletic so my weight fluctuates, I was introduced to yor products recently and I fell in love. I take eight products total . I took greens , berry blast and fiber to start my day! Through out my day I took burn to keep me moving and help sculpt my muscle, I excersice 2-3 times a week , I take a mrp before and after my workouts. I would eat for small meals a day , each with a digest and a multivitamin and a mrp for a Snack. To end my day I would take two repairs to help any muscle tension. I love the way I feel and I love the way my weight stays on and how my body is forming...I'm not just slim now I'm toned. This challenge is not like others it has shown me that I can achieve something I desire in a short period of time.... I was 170 before I entered and now I'm 120. It has taken me a long time to achieve any success and now that I found your health I have meet my goals in 8 weeks. Thank you yorhealth!
