i used the go green pack and repair ultra, with wpi protein, glutamine, creatine sourced from bulk nutrients, my diet consisted of 4 to 6 meals with a calorie intake of 3000-4000 calories, i still attended events which involved alcohol so if i had of been more strict with diet and no alcohol consumption my results would have been even better
- training consisted of 4 to 6 times a week
- the products have really changed the quality of my life i use to depend on coffee and preworkout to get me through but now that has all changed, another big thing is that my moods are balanced and i have no more depressive symptoms which is great, this only just the beginning and i will be jumping into another challenge with greater discipline and higher expectations of myself, im really excited for the results to come
