I'm feeling amazing after the Yor best body challenge. I looove food and so this challenge was perfect for me!
I eat a reasonably healthy diet, but more often then not I like to enjoy pizza, deep fried food and sweet food along with social alcoholic drinks on the weekend.
Before using the products, this lifestyle didn't leave me with a a lot of energy. I felt heavy and tired!
My gym results were minimal also! I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere.

I used the whole Yor Health product range and I'm so happy with my results and how I feel as I only made minor adjustments to my diet and only worked out twice a week. I still managed to tone up! I feel stronger, lighter and have a lot more energy.

In the morning, Vitamins x2, Super slim X1. Supergreens and Berry Blast mixed together.
Most morning during the week I was in a hurry so I had 3 scoops of Choc MRP & 1 scoop of Yor Fibre for breakfast.
I had 1 Digest Ultra with lunch and Dinner.
At night I had 1x Repair Ultra and 1x Yor Probiotic.
