After finishing off my last 8 week challenge I was able to start this one with a serious set of goals and a lot of motivation to really smash out the next 8 weeks.
Around the start of this challenge I also started a new job, which meant I wasn't able to get to the gym as often as I priginally planned.
As a result I ended up having to change gyms and for the first couple weeks I was at the gym anywhere from 9:30pm - 12:30am.
I figured that even going that late was better than not at all.
Often including the gym I would be out of the house for a minimum of 16 hours. I was able to maintain drive and focus thanks to my regime of yorhealth products.
