My name is Mandy, I am a mum of 18month old twin girls and also the owner of a busy hairdressing salon so as you can imagine life is very full on and I don't have a lot of time to myself.
My main goal was to get back to the weight I was before getting pregnant with my twins which was 69kg and I am almost there.

Body weight and measurements:
My weight before :79kg, after: 71kg. (8kg loss)
Left Bicep before: 32cm, after: 31cm. (1cm loss)
Right Bicep before: 32cm, after: 31cm. (1cm loss)
Stomach before: 102.5cm, after: 85cm. (17.5cm loss)
Hips before: 107cm, after: 92cm. (15cm loss)
Glutes before: 115cm, after: 106cm. (9cm loss)
Left thigh before: 65cm, after: 59cm. (6cm loss)
Right thigh before: 65cm, after: 61cm. (4cm loss)

So that is a total of 8kg loss and 53.5cm overall loss from my body.

Since starting the 8 week challenge and the yor health supplements I have had a lot more energy and felt a lot better within myself.

I have been taking:
Upon awake: Supergreen, berry blast, probiotic, super slim tablets
Breakfast: mrp shake.
11am: complete burn, super slim tablets.
Lunch: eat my meal, digest tablet.
3pm: complete burn, mrp shake.
5pm: super slim tablets.
Dinner: meal, digest tablet.
Some days if I am busy I replace my dinner meal with a mrp shake aswell.

I don't have a lot of time to do fitness and cardio but I do see a personal trainer once a week and do a full body weight session and a boxing session with him.
When I get a chance I run up the intense incline of the hill behind my house, 20mins up and then the same down.
I am very happy with my results so far and will continue taking yor health supplements and eating healthier.
