Before setting out to do the 8 week challenge I struggled a lot with loosing the excess weight I gained over the past 8 years.

I'm not one for doing cardio and or HIIT training and only done weight training when I got the chance to, but since the Yor Health products where introduced into my diet I have not looked back since.

I entered the challenge at 78kg with a goal to drop down to 75kg within the 8 weeks and still stick to the same diet and training I was already doing.

The first 6 weeks of my challenge was amazing as I finally got some motivation when training as I knew I was competing against friends and people from around the world.

Because my energy levels where through the roof come the final two weeks I started adding a 30min cardio training to my routine for 3 days a week.

I incorporated all the Yor Health products apart from the Super Slims into my diet plan which was only basic, which was clean foods and less carbs after lunch week days. Come to the weekends I still liked to indulge myself with more unhealthier foods as my kids liked pizza night Friday and ice cream topped with Milo.

I never missed a beat with the product regime set out and honestly because of this I managed to beat my goal of 75kg and actually dropped down to 73.4kg while still being able to enjoy all the good foods which we shouldn't be eating.

Since the challenge I finally have confidence with who I am as a person and the way I look. I'm looking forward to my next 8 week challenge and I'll be doing this one more strict to see what body I could potentially have after another 8 weeks.
