Well I signed up for this challenge at the end of March, but I didn't take my pictures until 12 days before the end of the 8 weeks. I started the 8 week challenge while I was training to run my first half marathon. My run days consisted of waking up early and drinking water and taking a complete burn and running between 5-7 miles about 2-3 times a week. After my runs I would drink my Yor shake and about 2 hours later a super greens. My work schedule was really crazy so a couple of times my lunch was a shake too. I took my digest and vitamins with my solid meals. I hurt my wrist really bad in soccer, so the only workouts I was doing was running and I have been taking my Yor repair 3 times a day, to help with the healing process in my knees and wrist. I did complete my half marathon in 2 hours and 5 minutes! I beat my practice time by 12 minutes! I do realize that I should have been taking more calories in before doing my runs, so that change will take place as I begin to train for my first full marathon. I am still trying to get my my abs defined, so I will be signing up for the next 8 week challenge. I have noticed that even though my upoer body has remajned the same, my pants have gotten looser so I know my legs have changed and my behind looks different in my photos, I like that!
