Mi nombre es Carmen Rojo y este es mi segundo reto de 8 semanas de YOR HEALTH. Tengo un trabajo de tiempo completo como analista financiera y soy mama de dos nenas. Estoy muy contenta con este resultado porque aunque no alcance mi meta de 7 Kg he notado un gran cambio en mi cuerpo. Comencé este reto pesando 72.5 kg y el día de hoy peso 67 kg sin embargo la apariencia de mi abdomen es completamente diferente.

Seguí el programa de ocho semanas sustituyendo el desayuno y la cena por dos medidas de MRP. También tomaba los probióticos en ayudas y las enzimas digestivas antes de la comida. Por último integre el super green como colación y dos super slim con cada alimento.

Hoy puedo decir YOR HEALTH no solo me a ayudado a perder peso, lo más importante es que me ha regalado vida. Mi día pareciera tener más horas y disfruto del tiempo y de mi nueva apariencia.
