pesaba 141 kilos y ya estaba en el reto, pero pretextos no faltaron llegaron las vacaciones y le di rienda suelta a la comedera.
Fue cuando me presentaron una nueva manera de hacer ejercicio la cual me fascino y cheque mi administración y me di cuenta que me faltaban 2 semanas para que se acabara mi reto, y estas 2 semanas le eche todas las ganas y baje 4 kilos.
El complete burn a sido un gran aliado en mi lucha estas 2 semanas, como el mrp diario, el repair me ayudo a poder llevar a cabo crossfit diario y poder levantarme al siguiente día.
