When I enrolled into the 8 Week Challenge For the 3rd time (not in a row) I wanted to make sure that people understood that the YORHealth products line is catered to the average person that works, go to school, play sports and has ‘NO TIME’ to be healthy.

Starting up the challenge was a wakeup call because I wasn’t really consistent with my eating habits through the holidays. This time around I noticed I was at the heaviest point of my life which caused for me to really focus and make a decision to get my healthy lifestyle back with this amazing product line.

I was going to the gym 3 to 4x a week and 1 day of soccer though the 8 week challenge. After the second week into the challenge I saw major results not only in my endurance but also in my energy; Not only I run faster, feel better but I can train harder than before.

My YORHealth regimen was as followed: I started with a SuperBlast Shake in the morning (YOR SUPER GREENS + YOR BERRY BLAST) to boost up my energy through the day, a YOR MRP + YOR FIBER after my work-out. With cooked meals I took 1 Digest Capsule and 2 Capsules of YOR ESSENTIAL VITAMINS. Before going to bed I took 2 Capsules of YOR REPAIR and 1 Capsule of YOR PROBIOTIC ULTRA to help me with the soreness and to cleanse up my body.

I can tell you that I feel a lot better than I did 8 weeks ago; this challenge gave me more confidence to keep enrolling into more challenges and be amongst the winners. And of course take my body to a whole new level that I have never seen even when I was playing Semi-Pro Soccer.
