I was always an active kid. I was never overweight growing up or at any point in my life or have I ever felt that I was unhealthy. However, I never felt that my body did me enough justice to show how I felt or, better yet, how I wanted it to be. I used to pride myself on being the tough, quick little guy on the baseball diamond and the soccer field, but my lack of strength and mass was not welcome by my perfectionist standards for my life. I would somehow bargain to myself, saying that as long as I had skills and knowledge, and as long as I had low bodyfat, there was not much to complain about. But the fact was that I was not as healthy and fit as I could be and it stopped being enough. I went off to college and made a pact to myself to start that new chapter of my life with my own plan for diet and exercise. And it worked! Sorta. I read a lot on fitness forums and nutrition blogs and felt good about the information I found and the decisions I was making for myself. However, there is a lot of junk out there and found that it was easy to be misinformed and mislead. I did make some progress in the gym and saw some success in gaining the right kind of weight but it was never enough to write home about. Additionally, my college schedule with balancing classes, homework, part-time employment, marching band, and dance caught up to me many times and never I found a consistent amount of time to focus on my fitness goals. For years this persisted and I always found myself spinning the same wheels in the same place.
Right now is the first time I can say I made significant progress towards the body I want to live in! Eight weeks ago I made another commitment, after many previous ones, to myself and my goals; the difference this time was the support of the YOR Health community and product line. Being recently graduated and still without my feet really being set, I found that the Core Set was my most suitable option and for sure made the best of it. Over this challenge I latched hard onto a better diet, consistently went to the gym 6 days out of most weeks, and stayed active as a competitive Amateur Ballroom/Latin dancer. I feel great about my progress and am excited that it is just the beginning. I am still on my way to towards my ideal health and fitness standards, and with YOR Health I will keep moving.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
