Hey my name is Adrian Goodwin and I started as 73 kg's and have pretty much stayed the same weight with a small variation. The product has helped a lot with digestion and the berry blasts really helped with getting me energised when I needed it in the morning and afternoon. I have been following the diet plan that came with the supplement package, with work being busy at times I couldn't always follow it but I really tried my absolute best to keep it. I worked out most weekdays and the occasional day on the weekend. I did MMA and BJJ for two hours on Monday and Wednesday. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday I switched up workouts according to different muscles such as doing cardio, arms, legs and abs, back. The product has impacted my life greatly, opening my eyes to a healthy lifestyle instead of eating cheap food that is doing harm to my body. After the 8 weeks I feel a lot better, less tired, and due to mild asthma issues I have gained a lot more breathe.
