After traveling for a while, trying all sorts of new foods and not exercising a great deal. I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life, I was not happy about this. I could not fit into clothes, I was always tired, no energy, low self esteem, not sleeping well through the night. I really needed to sort my health and diet out.
I was recommended to YOR health from a friend, this was the best advice ever. She told me all about the products and advised which ones I should take. I went online and ordered straight away, I was so excited when the box arrived I was like a wee kid opening Christmas presents. I could not wait to start using the products.
Once I received the order my friend advised me about the 8 week challenge. I wasn't that keen especially considering it required before and after photos. I was not that comfortable posting photos publicly. After a lot of persuasion I finally agreed to give it a go.
It did take me a while to get into a good routine, as I started a new job when I started this 8 week programme. This included long hours and less exercise than I had intended on doing, but the job itself was quite physical.
However after 3 weeks I started to really notice a difference and how my body was changing. Overall I lost 4.6kg, I went from 75.4kg to 70.8kg. I did not reach my goal weight, but now that I have more time to exercise as work had settled down, I can not wait to continue using all the products and strive to reach my goal weight.
My favourite product was YOR Shake vanilla, I would have a smoothy for breakfast, take YOR Digest Ultra with my two main meals, have a berry blast in the afternoon as a pick me up and take YOR Probiotics Ultra right before going to bed.
Since starting this programme it has had a huge impact on my life, I now have more energy to keep me going through out the whole day, I can fit my clothes again, sleeping though the night, I am a lot more confident and happy. Most of all I have stopped snacking, as the products keep me full until the next meal time, this was one of my worst habits.
