I started at 118 lbs in this challenge. I lost 3 lbs, and went down to 115 lbs.

The holidays has always been my weakness. Year after year I would get in shape and then gain it back during the holidays. I have an addiction with food. All of my close Yor Health families know it and sometimes are scared for me because I have no self control. It's hypocritical to promote a Health and Nutrition Business, yet I couldn't control my eating habits. This year I joined in my 1st 8-week challenge in 2015 to put myself back into reset mode and of course to lose the weight I've gained.

I used all of the YOR health product line along with changing my eating routines. It would be a sin to say which product is my favorite because I love them all. I understand the purpose, and I feel the effect of every single one of them. Here's how I use the products.
-morning: probiotics and repair
-meal 1: spinach and green smoothie blended with YOR Shake
-meal 2: raw veggies with hummus
-meal 3: berry blast fiber drink with 1 scoop YOR Shake
-meal 4: eggs with raw veggies
-meal 5: fruits and turkey meat
-night 6: probiotics and repair
**I used complete burn before I workout, and super slim 30min-1 hr before I eat.
**When I have cheat meals, I would do 2 scoops of fiber the night before to help me flush
**once every other week, I'd go onto a detox where I only use the YOR Health products along with fruits and veggies

With the amazing results I saw, I shared it with the world. After posting it on social media, I realize that a lot of people have the same problem as me! I started to help them, and even though I go to the gym 5-6 times a week, I only used 2 days to focus on me. The rest of the time, I focused on helping my friends.
