Hello ladies and gentlemen

8 week challenge number 3 unfortunately my last challenge I missed the deadline to complete and be in the running for 1st prize. This time I will need to step it up and be focused on the goal ahead. The challenge is more than just physical it also affects you mentally and emotionally and being focused on the goal you've set and knowing how to get there. Training to be the best at your own abilities physically to support your goals mentally I believe will help achieve the dreams you have not only for yourself but for the ones you love and care about.
