I decided to do the 8week challenge because I wanted to lose weight and gain lean muscle mass but I lacked the motivation to stick to a training routine. Before starting the challenge I had a very unhealthy lifestyle and a weak mindset.
I used the full range of products for the challenge and still do. I love the Yor Shakes for breakfast because they are quick and easy to have on the way to work. I love the berry blast with my super greens in the afternoon to give me the energy to keep doing things after work. I have definately been more motivated to exercise although I know I could have put in more effort to be more consistent.
Despite my lack of consistency and having a mental breakdown last weekend, I have still lost 4kg and have definately gained muscle in my arms as well as my legs and stomach being more toned. During the challenge I have also made some incredible friends that have helped me in many ways. The Yor Health products & company have changed my life in so many ways and with help developing my mindset I know my life will continue to improve for the better.
I am looking foward to doing another challenge as soon as my mental health improves and for the next challenge I will be pushing myself harder to achieve better results and the sculpted body I've always wanted.
