I was introduced to the Yor Health product from my good friend and army buddy Rob King.
At the time I was going through one of the biggest battles of my life. Returning from Afghanistan being diagnosed with PTSD. A break down in my marriage and then poor lifestyle choices with a combination of prescription medication, alcohol poor eating habits with the added stress of being denied access to see my children.
The turning point came for me was Sept 2014 when a combination of all three habits, I attempted suicide to stop the hurt.
Lucky for me the last minute I decided I did not want to die.
Discharge from the hospital I decided I needed to do some thing about it.

Between September 2014 - December 2014 my weight was 103kg and by December 2014 I was down to about 88kg.
My energy and inner spirit was just not right.

Gym days
Monday, Wednesday and Friday only change was Yor shake after workout and Yor repair.
Everyday walk the dog am on the beach and either beach or bush in the evening 7 days weather permitting for 50 min.
The 8 week challenge was a very positive experience for myself, It showed me I still had the discipline when the demons came back I was able to stay on track and not let them get the better of me.
I believe in the long term approach with Yor Health from taking the products - selling and creating teams I will beat my demons and be able to help a lot of people. That feeling is worth more than money can buy.
