When I started on Yor - I started with a ''MEH'' attitude, that I'll do it just to support my boyfriend. Yeah I had weight to lose but I didn't really want to work at it. I wasn't really dedicated to it but I fooled myself!!!!
This has been the best body detox I have ever done both for donating my extra kilos to the universe as well as for my hair skin and nails. I look good, I feel amazing. My hair is shiny, my nails stronger then ever and my skin is glowing. This shows me the quality of product I am putting into my body.
I have lost 15% of my original body weight.
After just 4 weeks on YOR I noticed a significant energy gain - I work in preschool and need to be active and with YOR I was able to have that extra energy that was needed to keep up with the children, but what I found was - I was wasn't 'dead'at the end of the day as i previously was - my energy levels were still sustained right through to late evening. I was also sleeping more soundly.
I have gone from 69kg to 59.1kgs and I couldn't be happier. I have never felt like I was on a diet or staving myself. If I can do this then anyone can do it.
Being vegetarian initially thought this would be tough and that I'll be suffering but not once was I hungry or hangry (hungry/angry). I also noticed my sweet cravings were pretty much gone or easily satisfied with a raw food bar (made with coconut, dates, cacao, cashews, or vegan salted caramel icecream (yes - I had icecream!) . Remember fat doesn't make you fat, sugar does (refined, proccessed sugar).
Being on YOR I became more aware of what I was putting in my body and made a mindshift of only putting quality ingredients into my body!
During these 8 weeks I wasn't overly active beyond my usual routine prior to YOR. I did get a jawbone which tracked the number of steps I took and the quality of sleep. I aimed to take atleast 10,000 steps a day - which I usually did by the time I had finished work.
This can be achieved by anyone, it is not tough, it is not about staving yourself. In fact I have probably been having more calories then ever before - but I have changed the quality of the calories in my body. YOR makes doing this easy and the YOR team provides plenty of support to ensure you stay on track,
Below is my typical food diary.
8.00am - YOR Greens with YOR Fibre and some chia seeds
8.30am - Slim pill
9.30am MRP and a YOR Vitamin pill
10.30am - small snack - nuts & seeds / piece of fruit
12.30pm - Slim pill
1.30pm - HUGE salad with at-least 8 different veggies, seasoning of choice, some riccotta/feta cheese or bio cheese (vegan cheese) , MCT oil and a digest pill
4pm - small snack - nuts & seeds or piece or fruit or a raw food bar (Emma & Toms Life bars - YUM!!)
5.30pm - Yor Reds
7.00pm - Slim Pill
7.30pm - MRP - for the first 4 weeks
Salad, or stir fry or steamed veggies and a digest pill (last 4 weeks)
10.00pm - nut butter with dates or vegan icecream (Zebra brand make a great salted caramel ice-cream)
In addition to all this I ensured I had at-least 3 litres of good quality water.
I have also written an ebook if anyone wants more details.
