I started the 8 week challenge after hearing about Yor Health from my boss, an ex body building champion. I knew I needed to do something to change the way I lived my life and I wouldn't of been able to change without these products and his help!

I was having issues with my stomach, I would vomit on a regular basis, maybe 4 to 5 times a week and every time I ate my stomach would bloat and I would feel like crap.

When I woke up I would have the probiotics tablet, I would have my greens with fibre, at lunch I would have another greens shake with the berry blast, eat a regular lunch then have another greens with berry blast on the way home before training with my boss. When I came home I would have my dinner and take the dog for a walk. Before each meal I would have an ultra digest tablet.

I feel so much happier within myself and really proud of my results! Bring on the next 8 week challenge!!!
