When I first started the challenge I weighed 144 pounds. My goal and ideal weight is 120 pounds. I was 24 pounds over my ideal weight so I knew I had to do something about it. I was not happy with my weight and felt insecure with my body. I would look in the mirror and not like what I saw. I found out about YOR health from one of my friends who did it and I saw the amazing results she had and I knew I had to try it.
In the 8 weeks I did not get down to my ideal weight which was 120, but I did get down to 133, so I lost 11 pounds! Which is still great, and still met my goal of loosing at least 10 pounds. I did the slimming product set. I took the YOR Probiotics Ultra in the morning 30 minutes before eating. For breakfast I made a shake with the YOR MRP, YOR Fiber Plus and YOR Super Greens and then took a capsule of YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Complete Burn. With lunch I took a capsule of YOR Complete Burn and YOR Digest Ultra. For Dinner I had my shake again with the YOR MRP, YOR Fiber Plus and YOR Super Greens and took my capsules. I tried to work out at least 5 days a week and if I missed a day I tried to make sure to make up for it.
The challenge has made me a lot happier and feel a lot better about my body. I don't feel as insecure showing off my body and I feel better and look better in my clothes which is great. I still have a ways to go to get to my ideal weight but being on this diet and doing the 8 week challenge has given me the motivation to keep it up to loose the rest of my weight, and has also taught me to portion my food better and listen to my body when i'm full to not over stuff myself. With what I learned I hope to use it to continue loosing weight and to maintain my ideal weight.
