Hola, estoy muy contento de terminar mi ciclo 6 de reto. Y aunque ya es el sexto, siempre se puede mejorar muchísimo cada vez un poco mas.

Me tome la línea completa de Yorhealth desde la MRP como desayuno o después del gym, hasta el repair y probiotics ultra en ayunas, al igual que YOR digest ultra y súper slim con mis alimentos.

Mi rutina de gimnasio era de 1 hora 5 veces por semana, nunca falle y solo mejore un poco mi alimentación.
