my goal during this challenge was to define muscles and maintain my weight. I gain 1kg but I see my body more define. I will still keep working and I am really looking forward to join the next challenge and have better define abs.
During this challenge I had my YOR shake for breakfast, normally with banana or berries and fiber. Before breakfast I took Yor repair and probiotics. During my meals I took YOR digest ultra.
When I start the challenge I felt my stomach very inflamed, the YOR best body challenge together with the excel isle routines and healthy food helped to feel better and start to work out in my beach body for the summer :)
