I was referred to the challenge by my sister. I was inspired and excited about the challenge because I saw a lot of people getting results.

Almost 6 and 1/2 years ago I gave birth to my son and ever since I have been stuggling to find a way to lose the baby weight. There were times I felt so self-conscious and depressed because I tried dieting and other weight loss systems that didn't work. I go to school full time and have a very busy lifestyle. I felt as if working out and eating well was impossible before the challenge.

The 8 Week Challenge has completely changed my perspective! I started at 152lbs and in 8 weeks I lost 6lbs! I work out 3 days a week and the YOR Shake is my favorite. I am not where I want to be yet, but the most important thing is that I feel confident, I feel happy and most of all I have hope that I will achieve my fitness goals! I am rejoining the challenege and am ready to shed some more weight and tone my body!
