Hola !! Este reto me fue excelente !! la linea YOR Health me ayudaron muchísimo en mis metas a corto plazo, en este tercer reto (el segundo en definicion) me tome toda la linea YOR, en especial la YOR MRP + 1 Repair por las mañanas, 1 Ultra Digest a medio día + 2 YOR Shape y antes de dormir 1 Repair mas, me siento fantastico y muy alegre por mis cambios !!, mi rutina en este reto de 8 semanas fue de Asistir de Lunes a viernes al gimnasio y claro, con la gran ayuda de mi entrenador Víctor :) !! con este reto me siento lleno de energia, con muy buenos cambios, satisfactorio y ganas de seguir adelante !!
