Hello friends! This is my second challenge that I have completed and honestly I feel awesome. Although I didn't lose all the weight I wanted I was still able to lose 10 pounds. Through this challenge I learned that a slow progress is better than no progress. I also learned that I have done my body more harm than good for so long that now that I decided to change its not going to happen like magic. There is no magic pill or shake out there, it just take pure hard work and I am committed to that.

I took the full complete product line, having my 2 YOR Shakes a day one in the morning and one for dinner with meal and snacks in between. YOR Supergreens in the morning and after a workout. YOR Digest Ultra with every meal. 2 YOR Super Slims 30 minutes before my meals. 2 YOR Essential Vitamins with every meal, equalling 6 a day. YOR Repair Ultra in the mornings, after a work out and at night. 2 YOR Probiotics at night, 2 YOR Complete Burn in the morning to kick start my day. Lastly 1 YOR Fiber scoop with my shake at night to help me with my bowel movements. No eating after 9pm and having lots of water.

This regimen has helped me lose weight, I have a very busy lifestyle and these products are able to help me be healthy on the go. So convenient!
