Although I was never "fat", I always felt unhealthy. I was always sick and couldn't even remember what being healthy felt like. I would always look in the mirror and see all the fat pouches I had and I remember always wanting to lose them but no matter what i did i never could. I would starve myself and only eat one meal a day just to look a little skinnier. I knew that was unhealthy but i did it anyways. Being on the product helped me get back on track with eating and ever since i started taking the products i haven't been feeling sick. I used the vitamins a lot and probiotics once every morning and night. Taking the mrp in the morning definitely helped with my hunger and stomach pains, and it definitely doesn't feel right anymore unless i take a digestive after every meal. Im not at my final goal mostly because i still haven't gotten out of my habit of laziness but i did hit the gym once or twice a week for about a month. The challenge helped me remember that being healthy should be the number one thing to strive for and that i should work harder to be healthy. I still haven't gotten to my end goal but i will get there soon!
