Al iniciar el RETO YOR BEST BODY pesaba 85 kg y he logrado bajar en 8 semanas 8 kilos, actualmente peso 77 kg., fui motivada por mi hermano Diego López Monjiote, quien ganó el segundo lugar en el RETO del grupo 44, al ver sus resultados, decidí iniciar el reto.

Durante el primer mes no realicé ejercicio, al iniciar el 9 de marzo, el segundo mes, me inscribí al GYM con una rutina de 1 hora de cardio y 1 hora de crossfit.
