I have entered challenge after challenge, yet never finishing them. When I started the challenge, I was at 180lbs and I couldn't believe it! My clothes were really tight on me, I made up excuses that maybe I washed them too much and it probably just shrunk. I was in denial! I didn't take the challenge seriously because I entered into so many and never finished it. When I realized that the only thing I was able to wear were yoga pants, that's when I decided, this is it; this is the one I am finishing and winning! My roommates usually go to the gym and I decided to tag along. That was when everything changed. I worked out that night with her, my strength and core was so weak I couldn't keep up, but at the end, I felt really good and really happy! So I started using the shakes in the morning as a breakfast. I love to mix the shake along with the super greens and fiber all together with 20oz of cold water. Every time I drink it I feel so refreshed and so clean and more energized. Then after about 2 hours I would have a small snack or a fruit then after another few hours I will snack again! I noticed I started to eat more but they were smaller portions and it was good healthy snacks! I loved the feeling. For my lunch time, I would take a digest and vitamin right before I am going to eat and later I will snack on almonds or an apple. I work out about 4-5 days a week an hour each at night and I drink 1 scoop of my shake with 1 scoop of my super greens to fill my small muscles up and I feel so good going to sleep. During my challenge I love the shakes and the digest the most because it makes me feel slim, beautiful, and most exciting I feel satisfied. Not just that, it's so easy for me to not skip meals if I was busy. Finishing up my 8 weeks I was able to go from pant size 10 to a pant size 6 and I lost total 17lbs! Not only did I lose weight but I started to see glow in my skin! This was my challenge, and I love it!
