Always struggled with my weight as it fluctuated during and after rugby seasons.

Eating was a problem and I never knew what the body needed to get the ideal body I have been after for years! As a result I became less motivated and lazy.

I have always struggled to get abs and maintaining my weight as well as my eating and exercise habits have always slowed me down and little progress was achieved over a long period of time.

My focus for this program was to build muscle and lose body fat.

With Yorhealth I achieved results very quickly, I lost 4 kg's in 4 days and my training didn't change for the first couple of weeks. When I saw what the range of products done for not only my body but for my health and performance in the gym, I decided I will work harder to achieve maximum results.

I took the products everyday and had meal replacements for breakfast and dinner, also had two meals with high protein meats and complex carbs throughout the day. I exercised 4 times a week focusing on weight lifting and muscle building with 15min cardio before and after each workout.

Now I have got a body that I can be proud of and now have set new goals for improving a more defined physique. Bring on another 8 week challenge!
