I started this challenge at 54kg and set myself a goal of getting down to 50kg in 8 weeks, as well as maintain and build as much lean muscle as I can.
The YOR healthy products have been amazing. I took a SuperSlim in the morning before cardio, at lunch, and before training.
I took a digest everyday with my lunch as it was often my biggest meal.
I used the YOR health protein (chocolate) every morning in my smoothies ?? and I used the berry blast before training for an extra boost!!
I managed to train most week 5 days a week, and tried to throw in some fasted cardio a few times a week!!
I can't believe how much better I feel after the 8 weeks. I find myself with more energy than I've ever had, and I'm so happy with my progress.
I don't plan to stop here! I want to continue to push myself, and with the help of the YOR health products, get in the best shape I've ever been!!!!
