So this was my second 8 week challenge and certainly not my last one. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
This one my main focus was on my core, and getting in to a good eating habit.
I managed to lose about 4kg in these 8 weeks, but also put on muscle. I was going to the gym about 5 times a week, and getting stronger every week.
I took the whole range of products, with the SuperGreens and Fibre Plus in the morning. Multivitamins and Digest Ultra with lunch and dinner, along with the Super Slims before each meal. A Berry Blast before gym for an extra energy boost and Muscle Repair and Probiotic before bed.
I tried my best to eat as good as I could, but there where a few weekends where I wasn't so disciplined but the beauty of these products is that after a couple of days of bad eating I was right back on track on the Monday, and was still able to achieve great results.
