I have always been a big girl, always been a yoyo dieter since my early teens! in 2012 I lost a massive 38kg and almost got to my goal weight, but sadly put it all back on again because my relationship with food was terrible and I had no self control over all the naughty foods I loved so much!
Since starting the 8 week challenge I have lost 10.1kg so far and am loving the way my body is rewarding me for being good to it! I haven't felt this energetic in years and I feel that I have finally found something that works for me! YOR Health products are just amazing and I am over the moon with the fact I am back on track and have had the chance to start my weight loss journey again! Don't get me wrong it's definitely been a challenge, I've had my fair share of cheat days over the last 8 weeks and I haven't really exercised much at all. Only walking of a morning every other day. So I would love to see what my body would do if I actually gave it my all. I'm so stoked that I have started YOR Health and can't wait to continue on with these products and hopefully get down to my goal weight by the end of the year!
